The Huddle For Hope Foundation (H4H), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization headquartered in Springfield Ohio, seeks to improve the lives of young athletes by offering a unique array of programs and special events, each designed to collaborate with community based organizations, public and private schools, and our corporate sponsors, in an effort to carry out the Huddle For Hope mission.

Our founders represent a dynamic team of individuals who understand the value and importance of sports and physical activities in the emotional, physical and social development of youth. Our goal is to be a recognized leader in providing quality programs and support to our youth athletes.

Board of Directors:

Mr. Ryan Glass
Mr. Glass was an All- Ohio selection in football and baseball as a prepster at Springfield South High School. He went on to play his college baseball at Kent State University, where the Golden Flashes won 4 MAC conference championships in his tenure. He began his coaching career at Kent State were he worked with catchers and hitters. He also has experience at the high school level in both football and baseball. His goal with H4H is to give kids hope in achieving their dreams.
 
Mr. Rod Suman
Mr. Suman was a four sport athlete in school and began his coaching career in 2004. He has coached various youth sports including soccer, baseball and 3 different levels of football and is a member of the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA). He is one of the co-founders of the Huddle for Hope Foundation and is committed to sharing the importance of physical, mental and social development of the youth athletes in Springfield and surrounding communities.
 
Mr. Shawn Jarzab
Mr. Jarzab has been in the coaching and education field for the past 25 years. His philosophy for those years in coaching is to help others understand life through sports. He has been involved in high school football, wrestling, track, softball and middle school football and baseball. His personality and values encourage youth in a positive manner.
 
Mr. Bruce Smith
Mr. Smith was a three sport athlete at Kenton Ridge High School and continued athletics at Anderson University in Indiana. Bruce has worked with several professional athletes as owner of a sports marketing firm and involved with youth sports locally since 1999. "Sports reveals character. The platform for Huddle For Hope will give kids the proper tools to build a quality character."
 
Mr. Jerry Glass
Mr. Glass has been in the coaching and education field for 17 years. He played college football at The University of Oklahoma. He has coached football on the varsity level in Georgia, South Carolina and Ohio. He has also coached youth baseball and basketball and is a member of the National Youth Sports Coaches Association (NYSCA). He knows the importance of sports and the lessons it teaches our youth.
